The C328 is the women's version of the C328. It has a Steel Toe, Internal Metatarsal Guard, and provides Electrical Hazard Protection. This boot comes with the Converse F2A Athletic Insert which provides a shock absorbing insole with a moisture absorbing fabric.

Electrical Hazard Protection is for workers who may come in contact with live circuits, wires or highly charged electrical equipment. t provides a secondary source of protection from electrical shock because of the insulating properties that stop a current from being grounded for a certain length of time. Such foot protection is provided under dry conditions and the insulating properties will deteriorate in wet environments and with wear.

Steel Toe Protection is to protect the toe area. Converse uses non corrosive metal and all steel toe footwear meet or exceed ASTM F2413-05 Standard for protective footwear.

Metatarsal Guard Protection protects the instep area of the foot. A Met Guard is appropriate in areas where there is a high risk of items falling or rolling onto the instep of the foot.
